The thickness and material of aluminum bottle screw caps is 0.23mm, 8011 aluminum alloy. Spirits bottle screw caps are produced by high speed BORTOLIINKEMO machine that was imported from Europe, 40000pcs per hour, equipped with automatic inspection machine in order to control quality.

The six different print color could be printed on both top and side of bottle screw caps by Italian CALF and OMSO multicolor printer. Swiss MADAG top positioned hot foil stamping machine could print design on the top and sides. Besides, top embossing and Flexographic closure can be also workable in the production.

For new clients, the order could be started from 50k pcs in order to control risk for both side at the beginning of cooperation, and the production could be finished within 4 weeks.
