Bottle Cap Tips

May 23, 2019

As an important part of the modern packaging industry, metal packaging is widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The easy-to-cap aluminum cover is safe, hygienic, non-toxic and odorless, and is widely used in canned food, beverage and other industries. At the same time, the aluminum cover is safe, hygienic, easy to eat, easy to transport and recycle, and does not pollute the environment. The more you come, the more you love it.

Under normal circumstances, the oral liquid is with a straw, gently open the aluminum cover above the liquid, then insert the straw into the middle of the gasket, and then you can drink directly.

Antibiotic caps, bottle caps, oral caps, or other forms of aluminum caps are too tightly screwed, or rusted, or stuck by ink, pigment, etc. It is not easy to unscrew. I encountered the following situation

1. You can put the cap on a warm fire for a while and then wrap the cap with a cloth, just open it with a single twist.

2. Screw on the towel first. If you can't open it, you can find a rope that is not easy to break. Hold one end of the rope around the bottle cap twice; then use one hand to tighten the rope and use the other hand to hold the bottle forward. Open the aluminum cover.

Tip: When using the rope, you should prevent the rope from slipping. You can wet the rope first, and the direction of the rope must be correct, otherwise the cover will be tightened tighter.

3. If the above two conditions are not enough, because the aluminum cover is soft, you can take a small mouth directly from the side with a pair of scissors, and then use a screwdriver or other tools to pry open.
